Taster Classes

Taster classes give a person a chance to try out Pole fitness once and see what the classes contain, trying out a few moves (get a taste).

People let fear get the best of them so here is an opportunity to grab your mates and try it out.
It’s one class one hour what have you got to lose, but loads to gain.

Back to Basics Classes

Back to basic’s is a class on offer for current students only who want to recap on lower level moves. Sometimes we forget about basic moves or even forget all together until it creeps into a combo. No one wants to forget so it is a good opportunity to recap and integrate these moves into your workout.

Depending on numbers current students can join the beginner’s class or taster classes.

Beginners Classes

In order to become strong you must first build a foundation. In beginners class, you will learn the importance of warming up and cooling down, you will learn importance moves required to proceed further with your Pole career, you will learn how to move your body along with the pole fluidly, you will learn endurance, stamina, grow in upper body strength, understand the technique and principles required so that you can move forward safely and successful.

At this level you will be able to complete numerous spins, and climb the pole and hold moves safely and correctly. These are your core moves that transition you into other moves and help you move up levels. Every level will have suitable conditioning training in each class.

Level Two

Level Three

You are well and truly addicted by now, it’s time to get to the nitty gritty hard stuff, here you will be deadlifting, handsprings, arm holds only, knee holds, the list is endless using all your knowledge from beginners upwards and incorporating them along with your advanced moves.

You will understand safety and technique, the muscles involved and how to look after yourself when learning. You are very powerful at this stage and the world is your oyster.
